Welcome to ConvertFast. By accessing and using our file conversion service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ConvertFast ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ConvertFast provides a free online file conversion service that allows users to convert files between various formats, including image conversions (JPG, PNG, WEBP) and document conversions (TXT to PDF, JSON to TXT, CSV to JSON).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Upload or convert files that contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Upload or convert files that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to exploit, abuse, or overload our systems
  • Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service without prior permission
  • Attempt to bypass file size limits or security measures
4. File Upload & Storage

All files uploaded to ConvertFast are temporarily stored for the sole purpose of processing your conversion. Files are automatically deleted within 10 minutes after upload. We do not guarantee the availability of any file after this period.

5. File Size Limits

The Service enforces a maximum file size limit of 10MB per upload. Files exceeding this limit will be rejected. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

6. No Guarantee of Availability

While we strive to keep ConvertFast available 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime. You can check our current system status at convertfast-status.instatus.com.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any files you upload and convert through ConvertFast. We do not claim any rights to your content. The ConvertFast brand, logo, and website design are the property of ConvertFast and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ConvertFast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for:

  • Loss or corruption of files during conversion
  • Inaccurate or incomplete conversion results
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
  • Service downtime or interruptions
9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConvertFast, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
