Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use FileConvertFast at fileconvertfast.com (“the service”). By using the tools or creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

FileConvertFast provides free PDF and image tools. You can use every tool without an account. An optional free account keeps a list of your recent jobs.

2. Your files

You keep all rights to the files you process. You may only upload files you are allowed to use, and you must not use the service for anything unlawful, including infringing someone else’s rights or processing content that is illegal. We do not claim any ownership of your files and do not look at them.

3. Fair use

Limits apply per file, per request and per job (see current limits), and requests are rate-limited. Do not try to overload, probe or disrupt the service, or access it by automated means that bypass these limits.

4. Accounts

Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. No warranty

The service is provided free, “as is” and without warranties of any kind. Always keep your original files: results may occasionally differ from what you expect, and processed files are deleted automatically soon after processing, so download them straight away.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FileConvertFast is not liable for any loss of data, profits or other indirect damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or the service. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
